Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations in our logistics team in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires a Diploma in Logistics or related field and at least 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain, with understanding of customs brokerage and customer service.
Automotive parts experience is a plus. You will coordinate shipments, liaise with external partners, and help ensure accurate documentation, especially during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma holder with logistics/supply chain studies.
- At least 1 year in logistics or supply chain with knowledge of customs brokerage.
- Automotive parts experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work under high pressure during peak periods.
- Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia; third language is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to logistics team in operations, customs brokerage, dealer inquiries and liaison with logistics partners for shipments.
- Communicate and coordinate with partners for inbound/outbound shipments via air, sea and land; manage inventory if applicable.
- Review customs declarations for duty, SST, HS code and accuracy; highlight discrepancies.
- Attend to nationwide dealer inquiries and provide shipment support where necessary.
- Other responsibilities as required.
