Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics professional in Selangor to coordinate daily operations, ensure accurate documentation, and monitor customs clearance for incoming materials. You will provide data-driven insights to the Logistics Head and liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers to maintain smooth shipments.

The role requires basic MS Office skills and strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities. Prior experience is appreciated, with COA knowledge considered a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, shipping, documentation is preferred.
• Candidates with or without prior experience are welcome to apply.
• COA knowledge is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and MS Office skills are required.
• Strong communication, coordination and organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify invoices received from freight forwarders to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
• Provide relevant logistics data, reports, and analysis to the Logistics HOD.
• Coordinate, harmonize, and monitor day-to-day logistics operations.
• Manage and monitor customs clearance processes for incoming shipments.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, overseas mills, mill agents, shipping liners, and other parties.
• Utilize the Logistics ERP system to monitor activities and improve procedures.
• Prepare accurate logistics reports for submission to the Logistics HOD.
