Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an organized Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end import and export logistics, including shipment planning and the preparation of shipping documents.

You will coordinate closely with customers, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure orders and deliveries are processed smoothly and on schedule, and you will collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Mass Communication or Logistics.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export logistics, including shipment planning and documentation.
• Coordinate closely with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time orders and deliveries.
• Work closely with transport partners to arrange and monitor shipments.
• Evaluate and select the most efficient shipment arrangements balancing service, timing and cost.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory records and movement.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and operational support on other tasks or projects as assigned.
