Job summary

Creative Exhibits Works Sdn Bhd is seeking an Event Support to assist in planning and coordinating events and exhibitions. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, contractors and the event crew to ensure smooth execution that meets client requirements.

Key duties include coordinating setup, logistics, site visits, and supervising operations, while handling related documents and reporting. This role also supports the Event Manager with daily project tasks and resolves issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Experience in event/exhibition industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating events and exhibitions.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors and event crew.
• Arrange event setup, dismantling, transportation and logistics.
• Attend site visits and supervise event setup and operations.
• Ensure events are carried out smoothly and according to client requirements.
• Handle event-related documents and reports.
• Assist the Event Manager with daily project tasks.
• Handle any issues that arise during events and find suitable solutions.
