Job summary

Empire Asia Events Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking an Event & Exhibition Executive in Malaysia to oversee the full lifecycle of events and exhibitions. You will coordinate planning, sourcing, budgeting, production, setup, event-day execution and post-event reporting, while collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Creative teams.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training and on-the-job guidance will be provided. Strong English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin communication skills are an advantage, with

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end event and exhibition projects from planning to post-event reporting.
• Manage pre-event and on-site operations with vendors, venues, contractors and suppliers.
• Work with Sales, Marketing and Creative teams to align event requirements and timelines.
• Manage event resources, including staff and promotional materials.
• Support event improvement and business growth through feedback and ideas.
• Complete post-event reporting and administration.
