Job summary

Brainwave Channels Sdn Bhd in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur seeks an Operation Executive/Manager to plan and coordinate logistics for exhibition and event set-ups. You will independently manage full setup and dismantling, liaise with clients of diverse nationalities, and source reliable vendors.

The role requires English proficiency, with Mandarin/Cantonese an advantage, and a willingness to work irregular hours during set-up days and travel. A strong team player with good communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Good command of English.
• Candidates able to speak in Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
• Strong interest in Exhibition & Event industry.
• Be willing to work in Kepong office.
• Able to adapt to irregular working hours during set-up days and travel outstation/overseas.
• Be a team player with good interpersonal, organizing and communication skills.
• Hardworking and independant.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the logistics arrangement in the set up and dismantle locations.
• Full handle event/exhibition set up and dismantling independently.
• Dealing with clients from various nationalities on their request and solve their enquiries effectively.
• Handling and controlling vendors independently.
• Sourcing information and new vendors.
• Capable to handle last minute event and exhibition matters initiatively.
