Job summary

Ideoimage Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Events Coordinator to join our team at Damansara Perdana. You will plan, brainstorm with the designer team, and manage client budgets and spendings to deliver memorable experiences.

You will handle supplier relationships, oversee production, communicate with clients to understand needs, recruit promoters, and be on site to ensure smooth execution. Travel may be required; a diploma in Marketing or Mass Communication and at least 3 years of experience

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication.
• At least 3 years experience in the related field.
• Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel (outstation/overseas).
• Ability to handle stress and work extra hours if necessary.
• Aggressive and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Plan and brainstorm with the designer team, considering client budget and spending plan.
• Manage supplier relationships and ordering/production of products, equipment and items.
• Communicate with the client regularly to understand needs and expectations.
• On-site inspection of ongoing arrangements and adjustments for smooth execution.
• Promoter recruitment; ensure activities run without glitches.
