Job summary

Bond Alike Sdn Bhd is seeking dynamic Sales Specialists to grow our adhesive and sealant business in Malaysia. You will nurture relationships with distributors, dealers, and end users across multiple market segments and travel within Klang Valley and beyond as needed.

Key duties include managing accounts, ensuring timely payments, and delivering excellent service. Mandarin and basic English are required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers, and candidates should be 25–40 with own

Qualifications

Minimum - SPM holders.
At least 1 year of working experience.
Experience in selling to general hardware wholesalers / dealers would be an advantage.
Experience in selling/using adhesives, sealants, or other construction chemicals would be an advantage.
Dynamic individuals with good organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Able to speak Mandarin and basic English to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Currently live in Klang Valley, etc.
Must possess own vehicle and travel within Klang Valley and remote locations in Malaysia for business visits.
Candidates between 25-40 years old preferred.

Responsibilities

Familiarize with NEMPAL range of adhesive & sealant products.
Establish and maintain healthy business relationships with customers from distributors/dealers and end users.
Ensure excellent customer service and rapport building.
Monitor customer accounts and ensure prompt collection of outstanding payments.
Monitor customer status and market updates, and feedback to management.
