Job summary

Rovski Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive sales professional to explore, develop and execute sales strategies, establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in the Subang Jaya area to achieve sales targets.

The role requires good English and Bahasa Malaysia, willingness to travel locally and overseas, and a customer‑focused mindset; fresh graduates and those with 1 year or more in sales are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven sales/marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• To explore, develop and execute sales strategies in achieving sales objectives.
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate businesses.
• To implement sales strategies planned by management to achieve sales target.
• To provide sales and activities report to management on a weekly basis.
• To identify new sales areas and to source for new customers base in order to increase company's revenue.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions and making recommendations to management.
• To coordinate with other departments to achieve the work goals. To handle enquiries and other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Secondary/Diploma level/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

At least 1 year of proven sales/marketing experience will be an added advantage.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to speak third language is an added advantage.

Self-motivated with an excellent sense of creativity or business acumen and positive attitude.

Customer serviced oriented, team player, self-initiative and positive-minded.

Possess own transport and willing to travel locally and overseas.

Candidates with experience in Industrial Products sales are encouraged to apply.

Fresh Graduates / Entry Level applicant with the flare for Sales / Marketing are also will be considered
