Job summary

AESSEAL Malaysia is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales and service contracts for mechanical seal solutions in Selangor. You will manage existing customers and win new accounts by presenting value-driven services, coordinating with engineering teams, and delivering reliable support to customers.

You will need strong sales acumen, technical understanding of seals, and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience in technical service sales or related field.
Strong knowledge of mechanical seals and service requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage relationships and service contracts effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and independent.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow AESSEAL's customer base in key sectors.
Lead existing customer development and new acquisitions.
Promote mechanical seal services including installation, repair, and maintenance.
Develop business through leads and contract opportunities.
Negotiate pricing and terms to secure favorable agreements.
Conduct market research to refine sales strategies.
Report sales activity and progress to management.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure service delivery.
