Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management, PMO, or programme coordination.
• Experience in telecommunications deployment, Learning and Training Development projects, or business operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and risk mitigation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Service Delivery with Maxis, MCMC, and partners to ensure seamless implementation.
• Track vendor performance and service delivery against KPIs.
• Consolidate management reports and escalate unresolved issues.
• Support MCMC claim processes with documentation per guidelines.
• Execute procurement administration including DROs and SAP Goods Receipts.
• Maintain comprehensive programme records for audit readiness.
• Manage performance and compliance of Technical Partners & Smart Services Operators.

To lead and manage complex, strategic programmes, ensuring delivery of outcomes and benefits. This role coordinates multiple projects, manages stakeholders, and mitigates risks to achieve strategic objectives.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Coordinate Service Delivery Coordinate Smart Services delivery by acting as the primary liaison between Maxis, MCMC, and Technical Partners and Smart Services Operators to ensure seamless implementation across all NADI centres.
• Track Vendors (TP and Smart Services Operators) Performance.
• Track vendor service delivery by verifying the performance of Technical Partners & Smart Services Operators against MCMC KPI and guidelines.
• Consolidate management reports and elevate unresolved operational issues.
• Process Support document for MCMC Claims Process supporting document claims by compiling and validating TP and Smart Services documentation according to MCMC submission guideline to ensure timely fund recovery within strict deadlines.
• Execute Procurement Administration Execute payment administration by verifying proof-of-delivery, generating DROs, and performing SAP Goods Receipts to ensure accurate and timely vendor compensation.
• Maintain Programme Records Maintain comprehensive programme records by centralizing vendor attendance sheets and compliance evidence to ensure continuous audit readiness and operational transparency.
• Facilitate Documentation Audits Facilitate MCMC documentation audits by providing required documentation and addressing operational queries to ensure successful compliance verification and regulatory adherence.
• Technical Partner & Smart Services Operator Performance Management Manage and monitor the performance of Technical Partners & Smart Services Operator by tracking programme deliverables, validating service execution, conducting performance reviews, resolving operational issues and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements to achieve targeted programme outcomes.

What you'll need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 –8 years of experience in project management, PMO, programme coordination, telecommunications deployment, Learning and Training Development projects, or business operations.
