Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline
• 5–8 years of experience in project management, PMO, programme coordination, telecommunications deployment, Learning and Training Development projects, or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Service Delivery by acting as the liaison between Maxis, MCMC, Technical Partners and Smart Services Operators across all NADI centres.
• Track vendor (TP and Smart Services Operators) performance against MCMC KPI and guidelines; consolidate reports and escalate issues.
• Process supporting documentation for MCMC claims to ensure timely fund recovery.
• Execute procurement administration; verify proof-of-delivery, generate DROs, and perform SAP Goods Receipts.
• Maintain comprehensive programme records to ensure audit readiness and transparency.
• Facilitate MCMC documentation audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage and monitor performance of Technical Partners & Smart Services Operators to meet outcomes.
