Job summary

Lalamove Malaysia is seeking an enthusiastic Driver Operations Associate to support driver onboarding, referrals, and field activities across Kuala Lumpur. You will engage with affiliates, manage the onboarding process, and help grow our driver network to meet city-wide delivery demand.

You will collaborate with the operations team to implement on-the-ground strategies, training, and communications to ensure a smooth driver experience and scalable growth in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher preferred; not mandatory.
• Experience in driver/community management is a plus.
• Ability to onboard affiliates and drive referrals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard key referrers and local community leaders.
• Onboard car rental companies as affiliates.
• Acquire diverse affiliates to expand driver leads funnel.
• Develop affiliate/referrer activities to drive driver registrations.
• Plan on-the-ground strategies and field activations to achieve driver acquisition targets.
• Keep up with market trends and incentives to stay competitive.
• Ensure referred leads complete onboarding and registration.
• Train affiliates to use the referral system and tools.
• Manage referrer and driver enquiries to resolve onboarding friction.
