Lalamove Malaysia is seeking a Driver Operations Associate to coordinate vehicle changes, support drivers, and deliver top-tier service at the driver center. You will train drivers, manage inquiries, and help ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle change procedures and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Address and resolve driver and stakeholder inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all administrative activities, including vehicle changes and account updates.
• Prepare regular reports on administrative activities and submit them to the team lead.
• Oversee distribution of bags to drivers and ensure correct items are provided promptly.
• Assist drivers with walk-in queries at the driver center and provide information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and drivers in a welcoming environment.
• Conduct platform training sessions for drivers and ensure understanding of features.
• Educate drivers on service quality standards and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist with team events, logistics support, or other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Driver Operations Associate who can work well under pressure and has great communication skills. The ideal candidate should not be afraid to try new things and get ready to make history together with the rest of the ops team at Lalamove Malaysia. You will be in charge of scheduling and training Lalamove drivers and will need to take full ownership of a crucial component of our business. What You’ll Do

Administrative Tasks

• Vehicle Change Process: Manage and execute vehicle change procedures, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Account-Related Enquiries: Address and resolve account-related inquiries from drivers and other stakeholders efficiently and professionally.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all administrative activities, including vehicle changes and account updates.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on administrative activities and submit them to the team lead.

Front House Support

• Bag Distribution: Oversee the distribution of bags to drivers, ensuring each driver receives the correct items promptly.
• Walk-In Enquiries: Assist drivers with their queries upon arrival at the driver center, providing information and resolving issues as needed.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors and drivers, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.

Driver Education

• Platform Training: Conduct training sessions for drivers on how to use the platform effectively, ensuring they understand all features and best practices.
• Service Quality: Educate drivers on service quality standards and procedures to maintain a high level of service excellence.
• Feedback: Collect feedback from drivers regarding the platform and training sessions, and report insights to the team lead for continuous improvement.

Additional Ad-Hoc Tasks

• Team Support: Assist with various tasks as assigned by the Team Lead, which may include event planning, logistics support, or other administrative duties.
• Flexibility: Be prepared to take on new challenges and responsibilities as the needs of the team and the organisation evolve.

What You’ll Need
