Lalamove Malaysia is seeking a high-energy Business Development Associate to drive growth for our intra-city delivery platform in Johor. You will acquire and onboard business users, maintaining a healthy pipeline and building strong local partnerships.

You’ll lead contract negotiations, analyze sales trends, manage client relationships, and act as the brand ambassador in the market. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and 1–2 years in sales are preferred.

• Sales and lead sourcing: Acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads.
• Negotiation and deal closing: Lead contract negotiations to build strong local partnerships.

• Client relationship management: Ensure excellent customer service and respond to queries.
• Sales operations: Implement SOPs and policies accurately and timely.
