This is a full-time on-site role as a Documentation Supervisor / Executive at PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd / Natural Oleochemicals Sdn Bhd (A Member Of Wilmar Group Of Companies) located in Pasir Gudang.
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Business Studies or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year working experience in export documentation.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Manage customer requisitions, orders, and feedback via email and phone, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Monitor and track material planning and ensure timely arrival of all materials.
Coordinate with local and international suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders for seamless operations.
Oversee and liaise with forwarders for all incoming shipments, ensuring efficient handling and delivery.
Communicate with suppliers regarding cargo readiness and schedule shipments and deliveries.
Manage shipping costs, propose cost-saving strategies, and analyze logistic spending for optimization.
Handle import and export documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Act as the primary contact for customers, forwarders, and authorities concerning order and shipping documents.
Administer and file import and export licenses, customer declarations, and manage customs tax exemptions and sales tax exemptions.
Liaise with Malaysian Customs and the MITI department to stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
