Job summary

PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd / Natural Oleochemicals Sdn Bhd (A Member Of Wilmar Group Of Companies) in Pasir Gudang is seeking a Documentation Supervisor/Executive to manage export documentation, coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders, and ensure timely shipment processing.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or Business Studies and at least 1 year of export documentation experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Business Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of export documentation experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requisitions, orders, and feedback via email and phone.
• Monitor and track material planning and ensure timely arrival of materials.
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders.
• Oversee and liaise with forwarders for all incoming shipments.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding cargo readiness and schedule shipments.
• Manage shipping costs and analyze logistic spending for optimization.
• Handle import and export documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, forwarders, and authorities.
