Job summary

Precision Control Sdn Bhd seeks a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage project documents and ISO compliance at our Shah Alam site. You will handle correspondence, logs, and document governance for ACC/BIM 360 environments.

The role requires 2+ years' experience, proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud, strong MS Office skills, and proactive stakeholder coordination to keep milestones on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in document control or equivalent roles.
• Strong MS Office skills and typing/editing proficiency.
• Good written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOP to manage project documents and ensure compliance.
• Update and register all incoming/outgoing documentation in tracking logs; store on server for project team access.
• Manage various document forms (RFI, test pack, transmittal, drawings) and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain documents and drawings in the Document Control office with safe custody.
• Submit bi-weekly documentation reports to supervisor.
• Compile handover documents per client requirements; arrange and minute project team meetings.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 compliance in document governance.
