Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in document control within the construction industry or similar industries.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing and reviewing documents.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of relevant construction regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, tracking and monitoring of all project documents, ensuring they are correctly stored and easily accessible.
• Ensure that all documentation compiles with company standards and industry regulations.
• Quality Control: Review and check documents for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Distribute documents to relevant team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Maintain and archive project documentation in both physical and digital formats
• Prepare regular reports on document status and project progress for management review
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless document flow.
