Bridge Data Centres Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a meticulous Document Controller to manage project documentation for data centre construction, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely handling across project teams. You will oversee document receipt, tracking, storage, and distribution, coordinate with managers and engineers, and prepare status reports to support decision making.

• 3–5 years of experience in document control within the construction industry or similar industries.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing and reviewing documents.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Understanding of relevant construction regulations and standards.

• Oversee the receipt, tracking and monitoring of all project documents, ensuring they are correctly stored and easily accessible.
• Ensure that all documentation compiles with company standards and industry regulations.
• Quality Control: Review and check documents for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Distribute documents to relevant team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Maintain and archive project documentation in both physical and digital formats
• Prepare regular reports on document status and project progress for management review
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless document flow.
