Qualifications include 3 years as a document controller, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) knowledge, strong MS Office skills (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and good communication.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a document controller or similar role.
• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) knowledge is required.
• Strong MS Office skills with SharePoint proficiency.
• Procore Document Control knowledge is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage project folders, setup, and registries; allocate document numbers.
• Distribute project information to project team and external parties.
• Process and control all document types daily with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure quality documentation including drawings, RFIs, and registers are maintained.
