Job summary

EPG Modular Data Center is seeking a detail‑oriented Document Controller for its Malaysia project teams in Selangor. You will maintain document registers, manage version control, and distribute records to internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

2+ years of document control experience in construction/engineering.
Familiarity with data center or MEP projects preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good command of Chinese and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Maintain and update project document registers (drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, change orders).
Ensure proper version control and filing (both physical and digital).
Distribute documents to internal teams, contractors, and clients.
Track document review cycles and follow up on pending approvals.
Support QA/QC documentation and handover deliverables (O&Ms, as-builts).
Assist with weekly reporting and meeting minutes.
