ASIA INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. is sourcing a Document Control Lead to manage project documentation for a hyperscale data center in Malaysia. You will oversee EDM system administration, document closeout, and ensure accuracy from design through to final closeout.

The role requires 8+ years in document control on major projects and hands-on ACC/BIM 360 experience, with strong coordination and organizational skills to drive seamless project closeout and stakeholder collaboration.

• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360.
• Experience in project document closeout and handover.
• Data center, mission-critical or Owner's Representative project experience preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, and highly organized.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Google data center stakeholders and partners to ensure high-quality, complete deliverables per Project Manual and Closeout Manual.
• Administer the EDM system: imports, updates, access control, library management and reporting.
• Assist with documentation sharing with stakeholders.
• Implement change management processes to minimize data inaccuracies; interface with AEC team during meetings.
• Audit processes during design/construction and review contractor documentation at project closeout.
• Contribute to process improvement and resolve roadblocks to closeout.
• Represent Google's Document Control Coordinator to facilitate the closeout process.

We are building an Owner's Representative team for a hyperscale data center project in Malaysia.

About the Role
Document Control Lead for the Owner's Representative team on a hyperscale data center campus. Responsible for the accuracy, completeness and control of all project documentation from design and construction through to full document closeout, including EDM system administration and ACC.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing tasks in full collaboration and coordination with Google data center stakeholders, internal and external partners (DCS, DCops, DES, AE, GC, etc.) to ensure high quality, high accuracy, and completeness of the deliverables as stipulated in the latest Project Manual and Document Closeout Manual. This includes regular meetings, email follow-ups, workshops, document formatting audit and other means to drive the projects to full closure.
• Administrating the Google "Electronic Document Management" ("EDM") system, including new imports, updates, access control, library management and reporting.
• Assisting with documentation sharing with stakeholders.
• Implementing change management processes and practices to minimize inaccurate data. Interfacing with the AEC team during meetings.
• Auditing process during design/construction and reviewing final documentation from Contractors at the end of projects.
• Contributing to process improvement.
• Acting as a representative for Google's Document Control Coordinator to help facilitate the document closeout process and remove roadblocks to closing out all defined documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' document control experience on major construction or engineering projects
• MUST have hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360
• Experience in project document closeout and handover
• Data center, mission-critical or Owner's Representative project experience is highly preferred
• Strong coordination and communication skills, and highly organized
