Job summary

Brooks Automation is seeking a Document Control Analyst to coordinate ECOs and manage document control activities at our Johor onsite facility. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and cross‑functional collaboration across engineering and quality teams.

You will ensure ISO compliance, manage document retention, and maintain proper repositories while supporting global Meetings and agile workflows. Onsite work with potential remote considerations is noted.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree with 3–5 years of documentation control experience in Semiconductor or Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Experience with Agile PLM and ERP systems.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ECO process using Agile Product Collaborator for automated workflow management.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure documents follow ISO standards and obtain required signatures.
• Maintain document repository and retention compliance.
• Publish metrics and manage Agile user accounts and approval matrices.
• Attend global meetings as required and handle restricted documents.
