Guangdong Gaoyi Printing & Packaging Co in Malaysia is seeking a Document Controller to manage the company’s document control system, ensure proper maintenance of controlled documents, and support RBA, customer and social compliance audits.
The role requires 2–3 years of related experience and a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields. Manufacturing packaging industry experience is an advantage.

Support preparation of documentation for RBA, customer and social compliance audits.
Ensure documents related to legal, regulatory, customer and company requirements are properly maintained.
Manage the company's Document Control System and ensure proper control of all controlled documents.
Prepare, register, issue, revise, distribute and withdraw controlled documents.
Maintain the Master Document List (MDL) and ensure document status is accurately updated.
Coordinate with respective departments for new document creation and document revisions.
Check documents for proper format, numbering, revision history and approval before release.
Ensure changes to documents are properly recorded and traceable.
Follow up with document owners for overdue document reviews.
Control and maintain company records according to the applicable retention period.
Ensure records are properly identified, filed, stored and retrievable.
Maintain records retention and disposal schedules.
Ensure confidential and sensitive documents are protected from unauthorized access.
Support departments in proper filing and record management practices.
Ensure document control practices comply with applicable ISO management system requirements.
Support internal, customer and certification audits by preparing required documents and records.
Provide controlled documents and records to auditors when required.
Monitor and follow up on document-related audit findings and corrective actions.
Ensure audit evidence is properly maintained and traceable.
Maintain documents and records required for RBA compliance and customer audits.
Ensure relevant policies, procedures, work instructions, forms and records are current and controlled.
Support preparation of documentation for RBA, customer and social compliance audits.
Ensure documents related to legal, regulatory, customer and company requirements are properly maintained.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Document Control, Industrial Management or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in document control, QA, ISO, manufacturing administration or related position.
Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry is an advantage.
Experience in ISO 9001, RBA or customer audit documentation is an added advantage.
