Job summary

Brooks Automation Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Document Control Analyst to coordinate the ECO process, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance across engineering activities.

You will review documents, manage signatures, maintain the EDMS, and support cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced semiconductor/manufacturing environment; flexibility to work in a mixed in‑office and remote setup is offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with 3–5 years in documentation control (semiconductor, manufacturing, or medical).
• Proficient with MS Office and Outlook.
• Experience with Agile PLM and ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication in a customer-service environment.
• Familiar with Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Understanding of manufacturing and engineering workflows.
• Familiar with ISO Standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ECO process and manage workflow.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure documents follow ISO standards.
• Assign required signatures during review phases.
• Maintain proper document repository and retention.
• Publish metrics and manage approval matrices.
• Attend global meetings as required.
• Handle restricted/confidential documents related to processes and customers.
• Support cross-functional collaboration.
