Job summary

Brooks Automation, based in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking a Document Control Analyst to coordinate the ECO process and manage ISO-aligned document control activities onsite. The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to regulatory standards.

The position requires 3–5 years in documentation control within semiconductor/manufacturing sectors, proficiency in EDMS, Agile PLM, and ERP systems, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in documentation control in Semiconductor, Manufacturing or Medical industries.
Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
Experience with Agile PLM and ERP systems.
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills; able to work in a customer-service environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate ECO process using Agile Product Collaborator for automated workflow management.
Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
Ensure documents follow ISO Standards.
Assign required signatures during review and verification phases.
Ensure document retention aligns with company and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a proper document repository.
Publish metrics and manage approval matrices for document control tasks.
Attend global meetings/calls as required.
