is seeking a Distribution Operations Executive to plan and coordinate daily distribution activities across customer and intercompany orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and on-time delivery. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, QA, Warehouse and Logistics teams to manage order fulfilment, shipment execution, documentation, and issue resolution, while monitoring KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in material planning, order management or supply chain roles.
• Understanding of distribution and logistics processes, and regulatory basics.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting with ERP/MRP/WMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate direct customer and intercompany order fulfilment.
• Track production/shipment triggers, material readiness and delivery.
• Coordinate warehouse activities, inventory movements and transport.
• Ensure shipping, customs and regulatory docs are complete and timely.
• Maintain accurate ERP transactions and support system improvements.
• Act as a cross-functional focal point for issue resolution and KPI tracking.

Job description

To plan and coordinate daily distribution operations to ensure customer and intercompany orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time.

The Distribution Operations Executive will work closely with Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Project Management, Operation, QA, Warehouse and Logistics, teams to coordinate order fulfilment, shipment execution, delivery, documentation, and operational issue resolution.

Key responsibilities:

Order Fulfilment & Operations: Manage and coordinate direct customer and intercompany order fulfilment planning, execute production/shipment trigger form request, material and shipment readiness planning, timely delivery, and proactive resolution of operational issues.

Supplier & Material Readiness: Follow up with Procurement and suppliers on material availability, delivery status, and required documentation, escalating potential supply risks that may impact customer commitments.

Warehouse, Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate warehouse activities, inventory movements, transportation, shipment readiness, and delivery execution to ensure materials/FG are accurately prepared and delivered on time.

Shipment Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all shipping, commercial, customs, and regulatory documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timeline.

ERP & System Management: Ensure accurate ERP transactions for order fulfilment, inventory movement, shipment, and delivery, while supporting system troubleshooting and process improvements

Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the key operational focal point across Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, QA, Logistics, Sales, PM, and Finance to ensure timely execution and resolution of operational issues.

Monitor and track KPI (Close SO/WO, Shipment OTD, Inventory transaction accuracy).

Point of Contact (new project/customer escalation follow-up/system troubleshooting/continuous improvement project).

Any other project/ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Skills required:

At least 2-3 years experience in material planning, order management, supply chain roles, preferably in a distribution and manufacturing environment.

Thorough understanding of distribution process, logistics process, customs regulations, and supply chain management.

Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the knowledge/ability to use relevant system (ERP/MRP/WMS).

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
