Job summary

Agoda Company Pte. Ltd. in Bangkok seeks an Associate Director / Director of Organizational Performance to partner with senior leaders and drive programs strengthening organizational effectiveness across the business.

You will shape talent strategies, succession planning, and performance platforms in collaboration with the People Team and department leaders. This senior role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex change with relocation support

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in internal HR partnering and organizational consulting in large organizations
• Experience in tech industry or strategic/management consulting favored
• Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior departmental leaders and People Team colleagues to align business strategy with organizational context.
• Manage performance calibration, talent review, performance reviews and succession planning across the company.
• Analyze performance, org structure/complexity, and talent movement data to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Lead and develop a team to deliver platforms and programs on an all-Agoda and priority departmental program basis.
• Represent People Team in leadership forums and harmonize policies across brands where appropriate.
• Mentor and develop other professionals in a maturing People function.
• Translate people analytics into updates for stakeholders, shaping strategy and measuring program impact.
