Job summary

Agoda Bangkok seeks a driven Compliance & Ethics professional with 5+ years in multinational settings to lead and grow the program. You'll oversee gifts reviews, third-party due diligence, policy development, and training delivery, partnering with Legal, Finance, and Business teams to embed ethics across the organization.

This is an individual contributor role based in Bangkok with relocation support; remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance and ethics in multinational organizations.
Proactive thinker; develops solutions for program improvement.
Detail-oriented with ability to connect dots and drive changes.
Ability to act as strategic advisor and build cross-border relationships.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis; digital fluency with AI tools.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day compliance and ethics initiatives with timely deliverables.
Review gifts, entertainment, conflicts of interest, due diligence, and risk assessments.
Develop, implement and enhance policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Deliver compliance training programs, including in-person and virtual sessions.
Promote ethical culture through awareness campaigns and cross-functional collaboration.
Embed compliance requirements into business processes with cross-functional teams.
Drive continuous improvement using new technologies and AI tools.
Prepare management updates and communications for stakeholders.
