Agoda invites a Senior Manager to lead strategic initiatives across Tech, Marketing, Supply, Legal, Finance, driving end-to-end programs with senior stakeholder buy‑in. Based in Bangkok, you’ll translate ideas into measurable outcomes and align cross-functional teams to execution.

You’ll craft business cases, optimize revenue with pricing experiments, and enable partner relationships using data‑driven insights, SQL, and Tableau expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional strategy or program initiatives end‑to‑end.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with data pulling/processing know‑how.
• Fluent in English with excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and drive end-to-end initiatives to grow Travel Distribution revenue.
• Build business cases for new commercial initiatives or feature requests.
• Lead pricing experiments and content improvements to optimize revenue.
• Support account management with tools, documentation and processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Finance and Legal to roll out initiatives.
