Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Lead in Strategy and Operations in Kuala Lumpur to drive regional initiatives end-to-end. You will frame problems, plan initiatives, manage governance, and deliver results with analytical support for Directors and the VP.

You will own KPIs, run dashboards, build business cases, and influence senior stakeholders while collaborating across regions to unlock opportunities and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PMO, operations, or strategy leading complex programs end-to-end.
• Strong structuring skills to turn ambiguous problems into clear plans.
• Analytical, data-driven, and proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• SQL and BI tools (Tableau/Superset/Metabase) used for dashboards.
• Experience using AI to improve efficiency and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects end-to-end from framing to review.
• Define priorities, planning, governance, and KPIs for regions.
• Build business cases and secure executive buy-in from stakeholders.
• Analyse data in Excel and automate dashboards/reports for leadership.
• Prepare executive-ready decks and insights for regional leaders.
• Support commercial development and operations improvements across teams.
• Represent the region with internal stakeholders and drive execution.
