Job summary

Omya seeks an Operational leader for Credit Management to drive execution of credit limit calculations, monitoring, and risk mitigation across its global OS&S operations. You will lead a 14-person team, align targets to SLAs, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Treasury to ensure timely decisions and compliant delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a proven track record in credit risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of operational or functional experience.
• Experience leading multi-location teams.
• Proven experience with credit limit calculation and credit monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Order-2-Cash operations for credit management.
• Ensure stable execution of credit limit processes and risk monitoring.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service.
• Drive process design and adherence to global standards and controls.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Develop team through training, certifications, and knowledge sharing.
