Job summary

Omya Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. seeks a seasoned Credit Management Specialist to optimize O2C processes in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage credit limits, assessments, prepayments, order release and blocked orders, while ensuring compliance with policies and SLAs.

You will perform root cause analysis, drive system changes (SAP, Salesforce) and support change management, training and SOP updates. Strong communication with Sales, Finance, and Billing is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in a process- or function-related operational role, ideally in Credit Management or O2C operations.
• Experience working with O2C systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
• Knowledge of credit risk policies, internal controls and compliance for credit management.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily O2C credit management tasks (credit limit calculation and maintenance, credit assessments, credit limit reviews, prepayment management, order release, blocked order management, and customer account unblocking).
• Handle operational exceptions related to credit limit breaches, overdue payments, and blocked orders.
• Identify and monitor recurring issues, perform root cause analysis and work with process management on remediation or improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes in Credit Management and support new or updated work instructions and systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Billing Management teams to resolve complex issues.
