Omya Group seeks a Head of Credit Management in Kuala Lumpur to lead end-to-end credit processes across OS&S operations. You will manage credit limit calculations, monitoring, and escalations while driving process improvements and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership and cross-functional influence across Finance, Sales and Customer Service. You will oversee a team of Order-2-Cash professionals, align KPIs with global standards, and foster knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Additional studies or certifications in Credit Risk Management, Financial Risk, or related areas are a plus.
• 8–10 years of relevant working experience in an operational or function-related position.
• Experience leading teams and managing multi-location operational environments.

Responsabilités

• Operational leadership for Credit Management across OS&S operations.
• Ensure stable, efficient and high-quality execution of credit limit calculation, credit limit maintenance, credit monitoring, ad-hoc credit limit adjustments, prepayment management, and order release activities across all OS&S operations within the service scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-service line collaboration for credit decision-making and credit risk mitigation.
• Implement process design, procedures and controls defined by Global Process Owner and Order-2-Cash Service line process management.
• Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs and control indicators; initiate corrective actions.
• Lead and develop a team of Order-2-Cash professionals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to align process delivery with strategy.
• Ensure training and professional advancement opportunities for the team, e.g., certifications and ERP training.
