Job summary

Omya Group seeks a senior leader to define and drive the OS&S Plan-2-steer strategy, developing a global operational roadmap and overseeing cross-regional process operations. The role partners with executives to ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery across units.

You will lead governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives, aligning resources with growth targets while fostering Omya's values and collaboration across geographies.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics or related field.
• Min. 10 years of relevant experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with global deployment is a plus.
• Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic planning cycles.
• IFRS/local GAAP knowledge; ability to manage cost centers and margins.
• Ability to navigate complex org structures and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive OS&S Plan-2-steer strategy.
• Develop and execute the global operational strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and oversee OS&S Plan-2-steer process operations globally.
• Ensure adherence to service levels and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (IFRS, local GAAP, GDPR) and internal controls.
• Lead governance frameworks and risk management with auditors and regulators.
• Collaborate with finance and senior leadership for alignment.
