Job summary

Fresh Feast Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Digital Support Engineer to assist manufacturing IT and digital signage projects, including collaborating on SOWs, network diagrams, test plans and product commissioning, plus on-site installation and remote coordination with overseas teams.

The role requires at least 2 years in a digital support role, experience in IT/system integrator or digital signage, and strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Computer Science & IT/Networking or relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience as a Digital Support Engineer in the manufacturing industry.
• Preferred working experience in IT/system integrator or digital signage/content management system company
• Outgoing and energetic personality focus and good communication.
• Good oral and written in Mandarin speaking and writing is preferable.
• Computer literate and with good spoken & written English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Skill - networking & application system project management or support experience, photography, one line diagram & CCNA

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Project Managers on developing SOW, network connectivity diagram, test plan & product commissioning and documentation
• Provide on site peripherals installation, testing, commissioning support
• Remote support & coordinate with overseas team for our of country projects at different timezone
• Responsible for monitoring and responding to open tickets submitted through an incident management system/whatsapp/calls
• Assist in pre-sales activities for product technical enquiries or presentation deck preparation
