Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SME financial needs and banking products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new SME clients through digital channels and referrals.
• Manage a portfolio of SME clients with high satisfaction and retention.
• Provide financial solutions by understanding client needs.
• Promote the bank's Business Banking products.
• Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.
