Job summary

Icon Venture Capital Sdn Bhd is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of our digital strategy. You will create engaging content for multiple platforms, coordinate campaigns, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

The role requires collaborative work with designers to optimize user experience and deliver measurable marketing outcomes. Candidates with a Marketing degree and at least 2 years in digital marketing are preferred; fresh graduates are

• At least 2 years in Digital Marketing/Marketing; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; written and spoken.

Job description

Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy

Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms

Responsible to implement and coordinating marketing campaigns and activities and ensure they are executed on time & within budget allocated

Ensures all marketing activity is within company approved guidelines and policies

Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)

Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

Collaborate with designers to improve user experience

Assist in conducting marketing analysis, market survey and research

Ensure to lead the department in developing, planning and delivering advertising campaigns through a well structure marketing strategy.

Responsible for the implementation of strategic sales, marketing plans and promotions and prepare accurate weekly/monthly reports.

Provide constant feedback and update all customer’s needs

Liaise and work closely with agencies, media and external partners if any.

Ensures that the product, promotional and marketing literature is up to date

Any ad hoc assignment assigned by the Company from time to time

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or Advanced/Higher in Marketing

Must have at least 2 years working experience in Digital Marketing/Marketing or

Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
