Job summary

Job description

Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Design, develop, enhance and maintain a social media presence.

Identifies trends and analyse insights to optimize spend to create greater conversion.

Coordinate with cross departments (products, marketing, designers, and e-commerce team) to create and execute digital campaigns for retail and e-marketplace.

Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

Manage EDM includes running email marketing campaigns, new products launching end-to-end, and create newsletters.

Brainstorms creative growth strategies through digital marketing inclusive of social media, e-Marketplace & Google Ads platform.

Measures, compile, and generate post mortem or reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns

Provides solutions, perspective, and thought leadership where appropriate.

Compile and provide post-mortem across each digital campaign executed.

Plan and track on digital budgets and expenses consistently is required as well as monthly, and quarterly reports to be generated.

Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Previous experience with marketing related job scope is an advantage.

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
