Job summary

Diversatech (M) Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking a Marketing Assistant Executive to plan and execute digital marketing activities for our products and services. You will focus on social media management and content production.

You will create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, edit videos and images with CapCut and Canva, and schedule posts according to the content calendar while preparing marketing reports and engaging with audiences to drive KPI results.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in a related field or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in marketing or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to create content for social media platforms.
• Skills in photography and video recording.
• Ability to edit videos/images using CapCut or Canva.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content performance analysis is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Disciplined, creative, proactive, responsible and able to work individually or in teams.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities to promote company products and services
• Create content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Take photographs and record videos, and produce engaging promotional content
• Edit videos and images using applications such as CapCut, Canva or similar tools
• Design, prepare and schedule social media posts according to established content calendar
• Write captions, prepare promotional materials and generate marketing content aligned with company image
• Manage company social media accounts, monitor user interactions and help increase reach and engagement
• Prepare marketing reports, customer records and related documentation
• Perform external assignments, attend customer meetings and participate in company promotional activities as required
• Work towards targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set by the company

About you

• Minimum qualification of SPM or Diploma in a related field or equivalent qualification
