• Excellent written and verbal English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a key part in executing digital and search marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth for our clients. You will work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop, implement, and optimise marketing strategies across various digital channels. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in digital marketing whilst contributing to the success of diverse client campaigns.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media platforms, and other digital channels
• Manage and optimise pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and other search marketing platforms
• Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform search marketing strategies
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and brand guidelines
• Test and optimise marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and return on investment (ROI)
• Manage social media accounts and engage with audiences to build community and brand loyalty
• Support the development of marketing proposals and presentations for clients
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital and search marketing

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, search marketing, or a related marketing role
• Strong understanding of search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO), and PPC advertising principles
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to marketing
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop skills in digital marketing
