Job summary

Kuantan Clinical Diagnostic Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing and communications team in Kuantan, Pahang. You will develop and execute integrated campaigns, manage social media and coordinate promotional events to raise brand awareness and drive patient engagement.

You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and staff, produce marketing materials, and monitor campaign performance while ensuring PDPA compliance and high-quality service

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or service industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Malay.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design software.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare marketing practices and PDPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to promote diagnostic services and increase patient awareness.
• Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling and community engagement to build online presence.
• Coordinate and organise promotional events, health awareness programmes and community outreach initiatives.
• Create marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, digital content and advertising copy.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and opportunities for service expansion.
• Support the marketing manager in planning and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports on marketing effectiveness.
• Maintain and update the centre's website and online listings for accurate information.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to align messages with centre values and services.
• Manage marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

You will play a key part in promoting our services and building lasting relationships with our community, contributing directly to the growth and success of our clinical diagnostic centre.

• Supporting the marketing manager in the planning and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics and providing regular reports on marketing effectiveness
• Maintaining and updating the centre's website and online listings to ensure accurate information is readily available
• Liaising with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to ensure marketing messages align with centre values and services
• Managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or service industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay (other languages are advantageous)
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
