Job summary

ECCO MALAYSIA SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Digital Commerce Executive to support online business across ECCO's e-commerce platforms and marketplaces including Shopee and Lazada.

You will assist with product listings, pricing maintenance, promotions, and campaign execution, while ensuring accurate content, inventory, and a seamless customer experience across Singapore and Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related disciplines
• 1-3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Commerce, Retail Operations or related field
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada or other online marketplaces is an advantage
• Familiarity with customer service, CRM platforms or e-commerce tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of ECCO's e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (Shopee & Lazada)
• Manage product listings, pricing updates, promotions and storefront maintenance
• Support campaign setup and execution, including 9.9, 11.11, 12.12 and product launches
• Conduct regular checks to ensure pricing, content, inventory and promotion accuracy
• Monitor platform performance and maintain a seamless customer shopping experience
• Handle customer enquiries via email, live chat and digital channels
• Manage order-related enquiries, returns, exchanges and delivery issues
• Support omnichannel services such as Click & Collect and in-store returns for online orders
• Support preparation of sales, traffic and campaign performance reports
• Maintain Digital Commerce trackers and ensure data accuracy

The Digital Commerce Executive will support the execution of ECCO's online business across both owned e-commerce platforms and key marketplaces including Shopee and Lazada. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in digital commerce operations, online trading, marketplace management, campaign execution, customer experience, and performance reporting across Singapore and Malaysia.
