Job summary

MYSense Marketing is seeking a Digital Account Executive to drive digital marketing projects, work with our SEO team, and manage client relationships from onboarding through delivery. This role emphasizes client servicing, project coordination, and delivering measurable campaign results.

You will collaborate on SEO/SEM initiatives, maintain regular client communication, and assist with payment coordination while supporting growth and new business leads in a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Must have experience in client servicing, managing accounts, project management and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Have basic SEO knowledge, understand keywords ranking, Meta tags, Heading Format
• Preferred to have 1 -3 year of working experience in digital marketing, marketing/ SEO / SEM / Web development campaign management.
• Good to have experience in Marketing Agency background.
• Ability to meet deadlines and outstanding time management skill.
• Excellent presentation skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is required to handle our Chinese Clients. Other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console will be added advantage

Responsibilities

• Work with the SEO team to develop google marketing projects (SEO, SEM & Website Development) that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client queries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication via phone, email, or meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout all project stages, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on progress, performance, and results.
• Present campaign ideas, project updates, and performance reports as per Operating Standards or client requests.
• Ensuring timely collection of payments from clients in accordance with contract terms.
• Researching clients’ business activities and Identifying new business leads and contributing to the expansion of providing other services.
• Coordinate internal resources and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
