Job summary

MYSense Marketing is seeking a Digital Account Executive in Petaling Jaya to manage client campaigns and coordinate SEO/SEM projects. You will work with the SEO team to deliver measurable results and maintain strong client relationships.

You will provide excellent service, present ideas and reports, and ensure timely payments. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, Mandarin is a plus. This hybrid role offers a supportive team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in client servicing, managing accounts, project management and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Basic SEO knowledge, understand keywords ranking, Meta tags, Heading format.
• 1–3 years of working experience in digital marketing/SEO/SEM.
• Marketing agency background preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and strong time management.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with the SEO team to develop Google marketing projects (SEO, SEM & Website Development) that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client queries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication via phone, email, or meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout all project stages, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on progress, performance, and results.
• Present campaign ideas, project updates, and performance reports as per Operating Standards or client requests.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients in accordance with contract terms.
• Research clients’ business activities and identify new business leads and contributing to expansion of providing other services.
• Coordinate internal resources and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

What We're Seeking

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Must have experience in client servicing, managing accounts, project management and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Have basic SEO knowledge, understand keywords ranking, Meta tags, Heading Format
• Preferred to have 1 -3 year of working experience in digital marketing marketing/ SEO / SEM
• / Web development campaign management.
• Good to have experience in Marketing Agency background.
• Ability to meet deadlines and outstanding time management skill.
• Excellent presentation skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is required to handle our Chinese Clients. Other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console will be added advantage
