Job summary

Randstad Malaysia collaborates with a Bursa Malaysia-listed investment holding company expanding into renewable energy, including Solar PV under SARE and NEM schemes. The role focuses on lead generation, sales across commercial to developer channels, and coordinating proposals with consultants, EPCs, and asset owners to drive project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar PV, engineering sales, or project development.
• Open to learning and proactively driving B2B sales/business development.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales: identify and pursue business development opportunities across commercial, institutional, and developer channels.
• Tendering & Proposals: coordinate solar PV proposals, tender submissions, and RFP evaluations for consultants, EPC partners, and asset owners.
• Stakeholder Management: work with consultants, turnkey EPC contractors, and local authorities to facilitate project approvals and off-take agreements.
• Project Support: assist in site technical assessments, financial feasibility modeling, and client presentation decks.
