Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is a Bursa Malaysia-listed investment holding company expanding into renewable energy, solar PV, and related sectors. We seek a business development professional to drive growth in Malaysia.

You will lead generation and sales across commercial channels, coordinate tender submissions, and work with consultants, EPC partners, and asset owners to advance projects. The role also includes early-stage site assessments and feasibility modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Power Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar PV, engineering sales, or project development.
• Willingness to learn and drive B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue business development opportunities across commercial, institutional, and developer channels.
• Tendering & Proposals: Coordinate solar PV proposals, tender submissions, and RFP evaluations for consultants, EPC partners, and asset owners.
• Stakeholder Management: Work alongside consultants, turnkey EPC contractors, and local authorities to facilitate project approvals and off-take agreements.
• Project Support: Assist in early-stage site technical assessments, financial feasibility modeling, and client presentation decks.
