Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify key market segments and potential clients for solar energy solutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of industry.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Prospect and engage with new clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our solar services and value proposition.
- Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with other businesses, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements to leverage complementary strengths and expand market reach.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine product offerings and pricing strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- (Minimum) Diploma in any field, preferably Business fields.
- Must be fluent in English and Malay. Any other languages e.g. Chinese are appreciated.
- Resourceful and detail-oriented; able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; networking and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Able to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
