Job summary

Unison Group in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to steer end-to-end Microsoft ERP implementation projects. You will oversee onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring governance, budget adherence, and client communication are maintained throughout the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT project delivery with at least 5 years in a Delivery Lead/PM role and hands-on ERP delivery experience across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project delivery experience.
• 5+ years in a Delivery Lead/Project Manager role.
• Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft ERP solutions (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, or related ERP platforms).
• Good understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations.
• Ability to manage project planning, risks, budgets, resources, and client communications.
• Experience leading onshore/offshore delivery teams and ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP project delivery from initiation to go-live and benefits realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, budget-constrained delivery.
• Establish governance, reporting, and risk management to satisfy client and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and manage onshore and offshore delivery resources to optimize performance.
