Job summary

Systems Malaysia is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of D365 implementations across Finance, Supply Chain, CE, and related business applications.

The role requires strong project management discipline, hands-on ERP/CRM delivery experience, and the ability to collaborate with technical, functional, and client stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in system integration or enterprise software delivery.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Demonstrated test management experience, including managing UAT, SIT, and end-to-end test cycles.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, Power Platform) implementations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, communication plans, and stakeholder maps.
